Werner Herzog is a Genius
Because the world is what you see in the world: where is he running to? Or is he running from something?
Because the story is how you tell the story: what does a fat man get for his troubles?
How close children are to sociopaths. The tiger dreams only of death.

it is funny, but it doesn't sound like the *real* Herzog, to me, anyway.
Research finds:
"Here, Herzog (aka an actor doing a spot-on impression)"
"The uploader of the video claims that this is not the real Werner Herzog"
"In this video, Herzog (or, more likely, an actor pretending to be him) reads and comments upon the classic children's book"
I agree with you. I watched some interview footage of the real Herzog, and the voices don't sound all that much alike.
I'm not having any luck finding out who wrote the copy though. Maybe it was Herzog?
So then it appears he had nothing at all to do with it. Too bad.
Well, someone out there just had a genius moment!
