Are this and the other song collaborative compositions, or did you write them with your acoustic guitar?
I did write them on the acoustic guitar. Even so, I think of them as collaborations, as Brian played most of the instruments, and he wrote the parts for them (like that very nice opening guitar bit on "Coming Apart"). We did the production along with Darian Stribling, when we were all down in Arkansas.
We have three songs that we wrote together (that Brian sings). And then there are a lot of songs Brian has written alone, but they aren't part of The Renos.
