Williams said it is difficult to get the news from poems, but that's just because he wasn't cool enough to subscribe to the Onion.
The "cape cod, May 2012" was a nice touch, if a little 1955-1975. Surely they've read Michael Robbins at The Onion?
Hah! But this is a more general PBS/NPR Bill Moyers Dodge Poetry Festival kind of thing, right? Don't they still pretty much look like this? (I ask this not really knowing, just guessing.)
