This is the cover of our Winter 07 issue which should be getting to Atlanta just as I am . . .

Purdy, I think.

Did you see that we have to pay sales tax for items sold at the bookfair? And we only get one exhibitor badge?

Is that $5 with tax?

I really hope I won't have to do math. Luckily the bathroom's nearby, so I can run in there sobbing every time I make a mistake.

So if I'm not going to AWP, I have to pay full price?

Leslie,

You could always email me at tlr@nwmissouri.edu and we'll set you up with the special rate!

We'll even bill you, if that works best.

Mary,

You could always hand out issues as premiums for those who purchase subscriptions . . .

Ahem.

What a good-looking lit mag. Wow! And thanks for posting all these GREAT new books, complete with sample poems. I'm going book shopping very soon...

(I'm just now getting less shy about leaving blog comments even though I'm not a blogger myself-- which I hope isn't really rude or anything...)
